Baby #6 is half way here and I have no idea where the time has gone this pregnancy!!
How I am feeling –
I am still pretty tired but overall I can’t complain. I am able to keep up with the house and most of the daily needs of my family and for that I am very grateful.
I was able to get rid of the first trimester “dirt” today finally. If you have ever been pregnant than you know what I mean. During the first trimester of any pregnancy you just survive. Only the absolutely necessary things get done and after awhile, well, the first trimester “dirt” starts to show. In my house there were piles of papers, clothes that needed mending, toys to organize, and drawers of clothing to refold. But this week I have made huge progress in getting rid of THE “dirt”. Yeah!
I am definitely showing and am wearing maternity clothing full time now, but I must say I love my belly bands that allow me to wear my normal skirts with my maternity tops!
The baby –
We had our “big” ultrasound this week and we found out that we are going to welcome a baby GIRL into our home in August. I had three very excited big sisters, one very disappointed big brother, and a toddler that just kept saying, “girl, boy, girl, boy”. He has no clue what is coming!
Our baby girl weighs roughly 13 ounces right now and seems completely healthy and to be developing fantastically. We are so thankful for that news and consider ourselves totally blessed!
So, now I need your help. If you aren’t a follower of my Facebook page, you haven’t gotten the chance to give me your name ideas, I need all the help that I can get. Girls names are the hardest for us. Our girls now are Maggie, Samantha, and Katherine. We tend to favor old fashioned names that are not very popular. And while we have several months of this pregnancy left I would love to get this little girl a name sooner rather than later.
