We had a full day of crafting and decorating the house for Thanksgiving. We made paper doll pilgrims that I found online at DLTK (http://www.dltk-holidays.com/thanksgiving/index.html). We also decorated cookies with cookie paint (recipe below). More of the crafts that are shown are from our homeschool curriculum.
Cookie Paint1 cup whipping cream
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
Food Coloring
Stir sugar into cream and divide into small bowls. Color with food coloring until VERY intense. Paint unbaked cookies and bake according to directions.

I love to use food color paint on my cookies. I dont put anything else in it though. Just water and food coloring. I will have to try your recipe.
