Body After Baby – week 4

Well, week 4 was a tough one for me. The kids and I were sick all but two days of this whole last week. I did manage to get in my crunches everyday and that means 50 points a day for me. That is a whopping 350 points this week alone! I have lost another 2 pound and that marks my weight loss total at

10 pounds

yes, you read that right. I have lost 10 pounds and I am so excited! I have lost a little over 4 inches of my waist and I am really proud of myself. I have 5 more pounds to go and then I will be back to my pre-baby bearing days. And since I started bearing babies only months after I got married it will also mark the accomplishment of once again weighing what I did when I got married 8 years ago.
