I got to “play” with my new camera a whole lot this weekend. I even, for the first time, had an impromptu photo shoot at a public location. Maggie was my willing subject and it was lots of fun! I can’t wait to hit some local parks and get some more shots really soon.
Sunday was spent in normal Sikes’ fashion, morning service, lunch, naps for some, evening service, dinner, and then bed. That’s pretty normal around here.
Then on Monday we did yard work while Maggie “babysat” in the house for us. She loved it and her and Samantha even surprised us by cleaning the house while we were outside. We had dinner with my in-laws and then spent some time in family worship and headed to bed. It was a full weekend but it was fun and much needed!
