At the begining of summer I finally entered the age of “current” technology and got a smart phone. And it has a camera. And I can’t believe I ever lived without it. As a photographer I always want to “capture the moment” but carrying a huge camera around my neck 24/7 isn’t always an option. I fins myself using my camera on the phone A. LOT.
So, here is a glimpse of our summer from everyday life. The photos aren’t perfect, the background may be a messy house or the children’s faces might be dirty but these are the moments that I don’t want to forget.

| My children have raised money for the Ronald McDonald Family Room and this summer made a donation of over $100 worth of food/drinks to families in need. |

| And spent time outdoors as a family. |
It has been an amazing summer. And though we didn’t get to do everything that I wanted as I looked back over these pictures I was reminded of the memories that we make in the every day. And I know that this was a summer we will remember.

My favorite moment of the summer, that’s a tough one. I suppose it would be watching the kids have fun together on the slip n slide or watching Elam play in his kiddy pool that he loved so much. Oh, wait. I know what it was! Leah’s birthday party at my mom’s that was how I define summer fun!
