As a mother of 6 I have never before used an amber teething necklace but when Elizabeth started teething and my happy, content baby disappeared I went searching for some relief for her. When I found these necklaces I must admit that I was very skeptical, but I was also a sleep deprived, desperate mamma. I was so blessed when Amber Miracles sent me two necklaces to try as a product review. It took about 24 hours to really start to see any improvement and by three days in she was a different baby. My laid back smiley baby was back and we were sleeping again.
I was still a little skeptical so after about three weeks a teething bliss I took the necklace off for about a week to see if I could tell a change her attitude and comfort level. And guess what, I could. After just a day or so she was a clingy, restless mess and I put that amber teething necklace back on her and vowed to never take it off again for the foreseeable future.
These nacklaces are well made and the threading is strong, all but unbreakable by someone wearing it around their neck. It is just the right length as to not be a choking hazard as far as I am concerned. I am very pleased with the quality of the amber teething necklaces offered by Amber Miracles. Elizabeth is wearing the Honey Chip version and I shared one of the necklaces that I was sent for review with my niece to see if it helped her too. She has been wearing the polished variety of an amber teething necklace. Overall both my sister and I have been pleased with the improvements in our daughters with the aid of these products.
I was blessed to be able to review these items from Amber Miracles for the purpose of this review and today they are kindly giving away 3 necklaces to my readers. Please enter by leaving me a comment telling me who you would be getting the necklace for. The button to comment (reply) is up next to the title of this post. One comment per person. The giveaway will run until May 23rd.
I would get one for my toddler – I think we’re still working on our molars and that makes him cranky!
I have a 7 month old, I would love to try out this necklace. I haven’t slept in, well, months (or years I suppose since my oldest is 8 :) LOL) But…my little one is teething (first tooth just popped through this week) and it seems she is much more affected than my others were. I would love to give it a try. Thanks for the review.
I have a 4month old grandson that very soon could benefit from one of these. Thanks for the chance to win one.
I am going to pass this on to my sister. Her daughter is starting to cut teeth and can use it.
I have a lot of amber jewelry. I’m not going to let anyone chew on it, though, lol! I thought it cracked easily. Maybe a toothless baby cannot crack it.
I have always wondered about these and would certainly use them on my little one. Cora has been a tolerable teether but I just know those molars are going to give us fits just like her big brothers did. Thanks for the chance to win one!
